- Are you considering buying a home?
- Is the home that you are considering safe?
- Does it conform to local codes?
- And, are you getting the best deal for your money?
Know What You Are Buying
- They say, “home is where the heart is.”
We know that home is where we spend our time with family and friends.
More than likely it is the biggest investment of time and money that
we will make. Investing in a
home involves an emotional investment as well as financial.
- Your income (and the mortgage company) may tell you what you can
afford to buy, but it is you who will make the final decision.
When you find the right house – you will know it was meant for you.
- When we invest our money and ourselves in a house, we may not always
see it clearly. Hidden problems
or health hazards can turn your dream of being a homeowner into a nightmare!
- Consulting
an expert will help you make the best decision.
It’s better to know what’s right and wrong with the house before
you spend your money.
Who do you go to for help?
-
Home inspectors are trained professionals who have
expertise in all areas of a home, and can provide an accurate assessment of
a home: from roof to basement,
from electrical to plumbing. Home
inspectors quickly determine what problems might exist beneath the surface.
Our Mission
-
Our mission as professional home inspectors is to
identify visible defects and/or conditions that would make a home unsafe or
unhealthy. We provide you with
a comprehensive written report, which can save you hundreds or thousands of
dollars by pointing out systems that are failing or are near the end of
their useful life.
-
Prospective buyers can feel confident that they
are investing wisely in their new home.
Not only will this knowledge help at the time of purchase, it also
provides a base of knowledge by which you can protect and preserve your
investment.
-
Sellers of homes also benefit from a home inspection.
By identifying problems in advance the seller is in a better position
to negotiate the sale of the property.
-
Other professionals involved in real estate sales –
agents, lawyers and others – are obliged to disclose flaws or potential
problems with the property. Recommending
an inspection helps meet these disclosure requirements. An objective report could help advance the sale of the home,
while avoiding unnecessary stress for all parties.

The Walk-Through Inspection
The purpose of the inspection...
- The purpose of the inspection is to identify visible defects and/or
conditions that in the judgment of the inspector adversely affects the
function and/or integrity of the items inspected. Home systems which do not work
correctly could cause a health and safety hazard to
your family and friends. A trained inspector can find these imperfections
and thus protect your family safety and investment.
- We specialize in walk-through inspections and
would like to take a little time to show you just how our inspections are
conducted. Please just click on any link to Services
